Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Dallas! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, contact a locksmith if necessary.

Gates de Provence is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats, and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!

Your new home will have a fully furnished kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Full-size washer/dryer connections are also included for your convenience

Our Dallas apartments are unfurnished, meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

At Gates de Provence, paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or our office team is able to accept personal checks or cashier's checks!

When living at Gates de Provence, renters' insurance is required. We offer a damage waiver program for all our residents, or you may supply your own 3rd-party policy. For more information on renters' insurance, contact our leasing team, who would be happy to discuss!

For internet and cable, the property is pre-wired with Spectrum for your cable and high-speed internet!

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

Gates de Provence will provide utility set-up information prior to moving into your new home!

At Gates de Provence, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill along with your rent through our online portal for added convenience!

When reviewing an application to rent at Gates de Provence, we conduct identity verification, a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please review our Rental Criteria located in the Apply Now section of our website or feel free to contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal to or greater than 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 6 times (gross market rent). Rental qualification is at least 12 months of verifiable 3rd-party rental or mortgage payment history.

Our property uses Nova to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide two other verification methods, such as banking information or past pay stubs, to validate income.

Our community is located in Dallas, close to Addison nightlife, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate.

To make sure Gates de Provence is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community's quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. We do rent out our amenity spaces for a fee. Please inquire by contacting the office.
