We have committed to making your life simpler!!

• Pest Control is every other Thursday; please call the office to be added to our pest control list.

• Now that the weather is getting hotter we recommend you replace your air filter monthly, please call the office to set up a service request to have this done.

• We have new pool rules that have been put into place. You should be receiving a letter with the details shortly.

•  Take the stress out of your life! You can pay rent online one month at a time, or set up for recurring payments, please ask a staff member if you should have any questions.

• Emergencies, lockouts or after hour calls please call: 972-820-0200 and wait for the prompts.

• Trash Pick Up is every Tuesday and Thursday before 9 AM.

• Refer a friend to Gates de Provence and receive a $50 gift card of your choice.

•  Keep an eye out for our monthly newsletter. These are sent by email and have lots of fun and informative information about whats going on in our community and area. Please call us to set up your email address!
